Submit a Proposal

To submit a Spirit-empowered figure for consideration in the Dictionary, please email admin@sedictionary.org a one-paragraph summary (about 100 words) proposal. Cite the potential Subject's full name, contributions, and major points of his or her life.

Please note that all biographies must be of leaders who are deceased. 

Biographies must also be in the Spirit-empowered tradition; in most cases, a salvation and baptism in the Spirit testimony should be included.

Biographies should focus on the Subject and not a particular church or ministry.

Subjects whose stories already appear on the Dictionary website (or are in queue) will not normally be considered unless the new proposal contains significant new material and insights.

The Dictionary will confirm if your proposal is accepted. They will then notify you to ask if you desire to be the author. If so, you will be connected to a regional editor who can start the approval process. They will then edit, supervise, and serve as a resource for you. They may also support translation efforts if applicable.
